About this site

BTL created the Surpass platform which is used by UK and international Awarding Organisations and Exam Boards to create, manage and deliver their e-assessment programmes.

The purpose of this site is to provide engaging content for current and future users of the Surpass platform. This will include information on existing features in Surpass, including video demonstrations and screenshots, planned developments and anything else we feel will be of interest to Surpass users or those interested in what is happening at the frontier of e-assessment practice and technology.

Surpass users and non-Surpass users

You can access content on this site without being a Surpass platform user and you’ll still have access to posts on news, features, videos and so on. However, Surpass users will have extra permissions enabling them to view restricted content, help videos, contacts directory and more.
Please sign up, whether you’re a Surpass user or not, to be kept up-to-date with and contribute to this site on all things Surpass.
